37. Construction Manager (Project) مدير إنشاءات (مشاريع)
To provide construction support for projects at all stages; to monitor project activities within the framework of project budget, operational requirements, specifications and schedule of construction.
• BSC in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent
• Minimum experience of 15 years preferably in petrochemical or oil and gas industry, with minimum 10 years as Construction Superintendent or in similar position on large projects (project value US$150 Million)
• Fluency in speaking and writing English language and computer literate
• Knowledge of specific software packages like Microsoft Project, Primavera Project Planner, design software knowledge i.e. AutoCad, Microstation, PDS and PDMS
38. Project Engineering Manager مدير هندسة المشاريع
To manage the Engineering team responsible for providing support to engineering work and problem solving for new projects of the Company in existing ethylene, polyethylene plants. To be responsible for the team’s development of Process, Mechanical and Civil Engineering design packages to maintain operations in the QRL Petrochemical.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 15 years experience in the process project engineering, design, construction commissioning and maintenance and operations of large scale petrochemical installations
• Fluency in speaking and writing English language and computer literate
• Preferable knowledge of specific software packages like Microsoft Project, Primavera Project Planner, design software knowledge i.e. Auto Cad, Micro station, PDS and PDMS
39. Project Planning and Scheduling Senior Specialist أخصائي أول تخطيط وجدولة المشاريع
To provide planning and scheduling support at all stages of the project. To participate in all project activities related to the discipline including control and corrective actions in order to ensure adherence to the approved Project Schedule.
• BSc in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent
• Professional training courses in Primavera P3.1 and P3e are mandatory
• Minimum experience of 10 years worked in relevant discipline, preferably in petrochemical or oil and gas industry with minimum 5 years in a Senior Planning Engineer position on large projects
• Fluency in speaking and writing in English language
• Knowledge of specific software packages such as Suretrack, Microsoft Project, e
40. Safety Agent موظف سلامة
Direct and carries out in day to day bases the regular checks to ensure safe working conditions and safe working practices for all work activities in any of the company’s areas. Check and test safety equipment in the plants and to ensure that personnel follow QAPCO’S Safety regulation & procedures.
• Secondary (12 years) education
• 5 years' experience in safety in the petrochemical industry
• Preferable Certification on National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH)
• Very good spoken and written English
• Computer literate
41. Fire Fighting Agent - Shift موظيف مكافحة حرائق (وردية)
To drive fire trucks, operate, and maintain, on a shift basis, all fire-fighting equipment such as all mobile vehicles and other fire pumps, hoses, nozzles, to combat fire Rescue lives and prevent loss or damage to property and follow the instructions of the Fire Fighting Foreman.
• Completion of Secondary (12 years) education
• 3 years’ experience in fire fighting in an oil, gas or petrochemical processing plant requiring knowledge of the plant and processes
• Preferable Possession of a heavy duty-driving license
• Knowledge of English Language; minimum level (QP standard level 4 or ELS level 104 or equivalent)
• Must be physically fit and meet the required health fitness criteria for firefighting duty, per QP Health Standards

Implements and maintains QAPCO’S safe system of work for all plants activities. Ensure of providing safe working environment for all QAPCO’s employees, visitors and contractor’s personnel. Assist in safety training programs, auditing, and site inspection.
