· Bachelor’s degree in HR or any related field
· 1 -3 years of experience
· Excellent knowledge in the Jordanian tax , Social security & labor laws .
· Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
· Computer skills including the ability to operate MS Office programs at highly proficient level.
· Effective written communication skills including the ability to prepare formal emails, letters, and reports.
· Ability to process personnel affairs requests.

· High coordination, organizations, and time management skills.
· Excellent command of the English language.
· Experience in using HR software, preferably ERP software .
· Display leadership qualities and behaviors .
